Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe healing happens in and through safe, loving relationship, which means the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of our work together.
I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe as we move towards whatever is causing you pain and treat your hurts with compassion and curiosity.
My therapy practice is informed by attachment theory, family systems theory, and psychodynamic theory. I also strongly believe in the power of humor and the occasional well- placed curse word.
I grew up in the PNW, attended undergrad in Southern California, and returned to Seattle to attend graduate school. I always have a pile of books on my nightstand, drink cold brew coffee year round, and am happiest walking the beach at low tide with my husband, toddler, and dog.
According to the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to ask for a statement called a “Good Faith Estimate” detailing how much out of network care will cost you. Please let me know if you would like this at any time during treatment, and it will be provided within three business days. For more information, please visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
